Side One
High Life [UK #8]
Don't Stop That Crazy Rhythm [UK #14]
Best Years of Our Lives [UK #4]
Good Feelings
Walking in the Rain [UK #7]
Side Two
Let's Go
Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom White [UK #15]
After All This Time
She's So Fine
Leave Me on My Own
Modern Romance brought swing influenced pop to the 80's with much success, and this album was their second release.
The lead single Cherry Pink... is a lyrical version of Perez Perado's 1955 instrumental classic of the same name and is witnout a doubt the best track on the album, but essentially, every song on the album are winners.
This album showcases ballads in songs like Walking in the Rain, up-tempo songs like Best Years of Our Lives and real 50's style swing songs like Don't Stop That Crazy Rhythm
This album is extremely rare, but if you can find a copy, it is really worth it. If you like fun pop songs, then you will absolutely love this album :thumb:
