Safety dance was such a stupid song but its the only I have ever heard of!

I'm so sorry but in my humble opinion they only did one good song! Everything else was bobbins!
But WHAT a song that was. 'Safety Dance' is one of those songs that when i first heard it the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end. I F******g loved that song. It was the whole of what was great about the '80's condensed into a sub 3 minutes piece of vinyl.

To be honest, I have only heard "The Safety Dance" and "Pop Goes The World". I voted for "The Safety Dance" from the two of them

Pop goes the world got radio play as well but i don't think it charted (serious slipped disc) but it gets my vote as it has something of a charm about it.

Safety Dance quite honestly was the only song I knew from them. It was a great one, though.

I voted for "Other". Beyond the two hits that everyone knows (i.e. The Safety Dance & Pop Goes The World) I actually bought the Rhythm Of Youth cassette when it came out. I remember Antartica which was great but I also always liked "The Great One Remember". That would be my choice here.

I actually like all of their songs, they put on a great live show .... Ivan is quite the entertainer!.

If ya twisted my arm and asked me to pick a favourite, I would have to say O SOLE MIO. It's upbeat, and fun ... like all their songs I guess.

I really loved Men Without Hats back in the day. Their "Rhythm of Youth" album still is, in my opinion, one of the best early 80's new wave albums. I voted for "Living In China"..it's an odd but strangely catchy song.

Pop Goes the World is one of my favorite 80s songs

2nd, the Safety Dance, because I'm all about songs that spell, and if your friends don't dance, they're no friends of mine either!

Oh, I love the song Pop Goes the World!... :dance: It's one of those great, happy 80s songs that puts me in another place and time. It's a silly song, of course, with way too much synthesizer music, but I still adore it! :dance:
