Has it started to snow in your area?

There has been snow here in the past few weeks but today enough snow fell to turn my lawn white

I am glad the snow is finally here.. but I don't like how cold it is :(

Was a beautiful sunny day today, but the temperature was below zero.

I got a few funny looks when I went out in my shorts. They have all of the outdoor hockey rinks set up, and we'll probably be out on the ice within a month :bouncy: :thumb:

We've had snow periodically for the past three weeks. Although, so far this week has been clear skies, but that doesn't say much, as it is only Monday. Giggles.

There is snow in the higher country, for example: Aspen, Breckenridge, Vail, etc. however, here in Denver currently there is no snow on the ground. The week before last when I attempted to vote in the early elections there was snow on the ground, in fact, we had had 6 inches of snow the day before. ;)

Ok, thanks! Actually a meteorololologist over here has predicted that we will have one of the coldest winters on record, they're saying he could be correct as he predicted we would have a pony summer! Cheese and rice! This is England! Four out of five of our summers are crap! It was probably Michael Fish! (that will be a VERY funny joke if you're English, but not so if you aren't). :thumb:
Thanks Whistle! Can i have NA06545 in Red please?

A Touque (or Toque) is a French word meaning brimless hat. It is also defined as a tall white chef's hat

They keep certain roads kind of clean, but last year it took me over 3 hours to drive 27 miles because it was snowing and the salt trucks were sliding off the road.

It has snowed here a couple of days this week quite heavily (God I hate lake effect snow), but has melted away. The air temperature is what is more shocking than anything it has been in the mid to high teens the past few mornings.

Come shovel the snow away from my car this winter and see how much you miss it then. It can snow for Xmas and that's it. I hate driving in that crap.

EXACTLY!! Last winter we got approx. 200 inches......yes you read that right. I swear if I had the money and a guaranteed job I would be out of here.
