Does anyone remember Snowy White?

He was a session musician in the 70's who played and toured with artists like Peter Green, Pink Floyd and Thin Lizzy.

His solo outing, the beautiful ballad Bird of Paradise peaked at #6 in the UK charts in December of 1983 and remained his only UK top 40 hit.

'Bird Of Paradise' was one of those songs I remembered from the 80's, and went hunting for as soon as file sharing became popular.

It really was a nice tune, very relaxed and perhaps had quite an 'un-80's feel about it....but it holds fond memories of my childhood. Thanks for the post, God :thumb:
