While watching the VH1 Bands Reunited special on The English Beat, Aimee & I were reminded how much we like this band and how many of their songs we actually play on the station. While searching for a Beat Girl t-shirt, I discovered Secret Records, based in the UK.
For 80's fans Secret Records should not remain a secret. They have some amazing DVDs and CDs from your favorite 80s artists. In fact they have recent live peformance DVDs from The Buzzcocks, The Human League, The Selecter, UK Subs, Southside Johnny, Stiff Little Fingers, Sham 69, the Dickies, The Fall, The Alarm and MORE! Next month, they'll also have a recent performance from the Beat available on DVD. No, this is not a commercial for them, just some geniune appreciation for a really special label that should appeal to the folks here at 80sxchange and listeners to 80s Airwaves. http://www.secretrecordslimited.com/ :thumb:
ONE IMPORTANT NOTE: As far as I could tell ALL of the DVDs are in a PAL format. For those of us based in the USA, that means your DVD player must be able to handle multiformat discs. Most computers will play these, but be sure and check your player before ordering!
