Any one a fan of this old 80s UK TV show?

It was a sci fi/thriller/horror about a couple of time detectives (David McCallum (Man from Uncle) and Joanna Lumley (Absolutely Fabulous) who go about trying to prevent ghosts from getting into our world.

I just got hold of the box set of DVDs for this show. All 6 series of it and sat down and watched all of series 1 (Assignment 1) last night. This was one of my favourite shows back then. It was aimed at a teenaged audience. Very creepy and well worth the 75 bucks I paid to get the box set. :thumb:

Can't say I saw this one. Like the premise! Looks really cool. About the only UK show I really remember making it over here that I loved to watch was "Dempsey and Makepeace" :thumb:

My box set says that the first series came out in 79, but most of the others around 81 :)

I remember it!!! Not much though, i remember it was strange and The Man From UNCLE didn't smile much and Miss Lumley, foxy! Yeh, i remember liking it.
