Powder Blues, a WONDERFUL Canadian Jazz/Blues band who had a MASSIVE hit in 1980 on the Canadian charts called Doin' it Right. They followed it up a year later with another MAJOR hit called Thirsty Ears.

Throughout the 80's, Powder Blues toured Canada and put on successful concerts that were broadcast as a series of specials for the CBC TV Network. I don't really know what their sound is like today, but I will always best remember them for that wonderful jazz/blues sound that rocked my stereo :thumb:

I did a post on these guys a while ago, but it wasn't eye catching enough, so i thought i'd do this new and improved one! Whaddya think? :)

I will have to do some digging to see what I can find; my cousin that lives in Winnipeg is a Jazz hound too and may have this in his collection.
