Do not even know where to start...ok, so I've been drinking for about 5 hours...but only LIGHT BEER  beer is beer I know :)
This is just a strange weekend and not a pity thread ok? As I've said in the past, I don't want that but feel close enough to alot of you that I can share...
Not only the anniversaries of 2 deaths in the family (I hate the word anniver. for that ya know?) but the date tomorrow of thousands of people. I'm wearing MY red, white, and blue today..and alot of people at the school were too!
I know...CHILL right? ;) Hey..give me some credit at least I'm not being too much of a beech like I have been before.
Okkk..now time for another one!
***********************Edit Edit EDit....not 2, but 4 family deaths..knew there was a reason...
You were never a beech :(

I don't remember you being a beach either... Anniversaries like that are hard, I know... I am trying not to think about tomorrow at all... It hits too close to home when many people that died live in my area :( And to think last week we were talking about going into the city this weeknd till I remebered the date and changed my mind :(

That word is a derivation of "annual" but we usually try to connect it to the positive. I know what you mean, it seems so inappropriate.
Think of it this way--it's the anniversary of the celebration of wonderful people, or you can think of it as a commemoration instead.
We all have those feelings and it's okay to share them here. We are with you Jana :ghug:

Please know that everyone at the Xchange cares for you and we all want to help you through this time, Jana. Don't ever be afraid to let us know what you are thinking and feeling, sweetheart. :rose:
I was gonna post something similar to what Michael said. But, he said it so well that all I can do is second what he said. And if you wanna be a beyoch then go ahead, though I cant think of a time when you were.

Never apologize for expressing your feelings when it comes to a tragedy. I don't believe there is anyone here who can't understand or sympathize with what you are going through. I prefer to think of these type of days as Remembrance Days. And in remembering I always try to think of the kind and sometimes funny things they did and all the positive ways they touched our own personal lives and those around us.
