I was wondering the same thing myself, Mia. I thought maybe I had popped into a time warp! :)

I think people are just going back to see whats been posted before and decided that some of them were interesting enough to bring back up.

I was on last night when BCRich started posting to these old threads which brought them to the front page. It freaked me out too and, at least, one thread fooled a couple of people who weren't looking at the dates. I guess they just assumed it was actually a new thread. :) Some of these are pretty cool though.

Yeah, Yeah, It's all my fault. But us newbie's (like pre-2002) didn't have a chance to participate in some of those old discussions, so now's our chance (it's interesting to see that there apparently wasn't a ban on political or religious threads back then either). Anyway, it seems as if the board just dies around 9:30PM Pacific Time every night and I was bored and was trying to get some cool discussions going. Sorry for the confusion everyone. :(

Giggles, that's what I was thinking last night when Red informed me I had responded to a thread of Sal's from 2001, when I thought it was a current message that he wrote saying he was ok and back from the storm troubles.

Although, some of the old threads BCRichRocker4JC resurrected are quite fun. Smiles. :rollin:

Yes Folks this is a sign I say, A sign. The 80's God in his inherent wisdom has decided that his followers must post new and exciting threads that no-one has seen. You are seeing the light poeple. Repent or the curse of 2001 shall flood this board. Do not turn away from the path of the 80's my children, Make it and they will come!!!! Thus speaks the good word of Reverend Prefab, Minister of Music for the Soul

I love to see old threads resurfacing too. No one should hesitate to bring any back up they see. Even if it's no longer topical like Sal's thread.
