Sal... you are the healh guru.. and possibly someone else may be able to offer some suggestions as well...
I woke up with a slight sore throat today... I may feel a cold coming on... and I am moving into a new house this Thursday through Sunday... well, I need some get better fast remedies... or something that could maybe deter this cold from coming on!!
Any suggestions? Any certain vitamins other than "C" that are going tohelp combat this quickly before I have to struggle with a cold and move at the same time?

Have you tried Echinacea? I usually use Vitamin C and Echinacea....also, drink tea......
Anyone else with "doctorly" advice?

That's ok........I think that I can blame some of it on the little Rugrats in the school district that I deal with on an almost daily basis.
