Well. The raffle system idea was a dud. Only 3 or 4 people were interested.

As for the chat room - I'm looking into it. I'm testing a few different programs and should have something here shortly...

Might I suggest Palace? I used to have a palace server but my EEDIOT brother corrupted it and I dont anymore. It's a graphic chat program, but it isnt very wide spread now.
