We all love the 80s here and we're all fans of the decade's many personalities, but some of them looked damn freaky.

So, who do you think looked the freakiest of them all?

A musician, an actor, an artist, somebody famous for being famous, even yourself if that's your trip...Who do you choose?

For me, the freakiest-looking people of the 80s were 3 musicians:

The freakiest-looking guy: The Mael brother with the Hitler mustache from the group Sparks.

The freakiest-looking gals: Hazel O'Connor and Grace Jones. Pertaining to the former: I saw a few minutes of "Breaking Glass" on Starz! Cinema earlier this month, and the voice and the eyes just screamed "Watch out, motherfluckers!". As for Grace Jones...Words cannot describe the freakiness of this woman.

They're all talented, but scary in their own rights.

So, who do you choose?

Sincerely,

John "outofplacechild" Kilduff

I agree, Grace Jones was very intimidating. I'd have to say Divine was freaky. Only because of the way he did his makeup. It was really over the top.

Grace Jones was the freakiest thing ever around and when "it" played that vampire in a movie I just gagged. :barf:

Divine ( but heck he still made me laugh  )

Dee Snider was my first thought, too. Grace Jones and Boy George take second and third place, respectively.

Isn't Dee Snyder the voice of MSNBC (ala James Earl Jones & CNN)?

I had the dubious distinction of working (for a summer) with Dee's father--the inspiration for the father in the videos.

Dee is also the person who told Howard Stern to grow out his hair, for what it's worth.

Those are the obvious ones! :thumb: Still trying to rack my brains for others. Peewee Hermin perhaps?
