Amy Mann used to live down the street from my friend Tricia a while ago.

I loved "Voices Carry"

I still love them. "coming up close" was always one of my favorites. They had so many good songs, but it seems like the same 2 or 3 only get played on the radio. too sad.


(*off topic* I saw your avatar pic, and had a flashback moment. too cool! I had white hair, that length, and wore lots of black in the late 80's (me college (yeah right) days.)

Saddest thing about music :no: ... it the masses won't appriciate it, the jocks / radio stations won't play it !

BTW , I think Til Tuesday was (still are) a good band.

Aimee Mann had the coolest hair. I only know "Voices Carry" but I loved that song!

I always enjoyed Till Tuesday...Thought they were great.

Still love Til Tuesday today, Aimee Mann's solo stuff. A lot of good music will never be played on the radio.

Found out Aimee Mann fronted the band when I read an interview. She's always been an alterno hottie.
