I only ever knew a couple of their songs. Can't say I was ever a fan, but I liked the songs.

Scritti Politti is okay. I really only knew the radio hit they had "Perfect Way" and liked it, but Flashbackradio had a couple more songs of theirs and they aren't too bad either.

Greenway, thanks for posting some links. they're fun to read.

I still love S.P.'s songs. a different sound than a lot of the 80's bands. great videos. not to mention the lead singer was cute. :)

The 12" of Absolute and Wood Beez was one of the most refreshing things to hit the clubs in a long time. But one thing I never really understood....just how does Aretha Franklin pray anyway? :)
