Karma, aint it a b itch!

People magazine is reporting that word out of the National Association of Television Program Executives conference in Las Vegas is that Tribune is canceling "The Sharon Osbourne Show" and is already in search of a replacement, according to Hits Daily Double. The article notes that Sharon's style hasn't connected with daytime audiences the way "The Osbournes" did with MTV's nighthawks. Among the rumored successors: Jane Pauley, Tony Danza, J. Lo's sister Lynda Lopez and Ambush Makeover.

I actually liked the show. It's just that her guests were not all that great. She only had maybe 5 guests total I was interested in seeing. This might also explain why starting last Monday, my local WB affiliate pushed her show from the 9 pm timeslot down to the 11 pm.

I've only seen the show one time, and I thought it was pretty good. I did notice that she's a little handsy/affectionate with her guests. But all in all, I liked the format of the show. I hope she can pull it together.

I may be one of a few, but I LIKE Sharon Osbourne. :)
