Wow, how much one week can change a person. At the beginning of this week, I was happy and feeling very well.

However, all of that has changed in the past two days. Yesterday, I got a call from my father that my grandfather was taken to the hospital because of internal bleeding. They have already given him four pints of blood, but do not think that he will live through this weekend.

Now, I get a call from my mother that her aunt passed away yesterday. The wake for her aunt is tonight and the funeral is tomorrow.

So, I will get to go to my great aunt's funeral tomorrow and then travel across the state of Illinois to visit my grandfather in the hospital, if he is still around by then.

I feel for ya man, my grandmother is basically on death's doorstep, just waiting for her body to give up. I know what you are going through. Keep your chin up, thins will get better.
