I'm listening to the new Echo & The Bunnymen box set from Rhino called "Crystal Days." If you're a serious fan, you'll love it! All the hits, plus some 12" mixes, a whole live disc, and even a few songs from a scrapped 1986 album. Too cool... <img src="cool.gif" border="0">

Oh, rockin'. (I totally sound like a valley girl today, LOL, it's either that or Yoda)
I first got into the band thanks to The Young Ones when it was on MTV, believe it or not, when (Neil?) said, (in the ep where their house was going to be torn down and someone suggested they write their representative in Parliament)
"Well, I'm going to write the lead singer of Echo and the Bunnymen!!" ROFL! I had to check that out. I was 14, forgive me... <img src="tongue.gif" border="0">
"Lips Like Sugar" is still my favorite song of theirs, though now I am much more familiar with their whole spectrum of work, and I adored Ian McCullough's solo album(s). I have a really sappy soft spot for "Lips Like Sugar," as the tape was stuck in my boyfriend's car stereo and we smooched to it all the time. Sigh!
