You cannot go wrong with this cd! A lot heavier in places than the first CD, but overall strong songs throughout. I saw them on this tour, and they totally blew me away! one of the most energetic bands I have ever seen. Probably number two, right behind ANTHRAX who put on an AMAZING show. Not all songs are as radio friendly as the first CD, but the songs are great. My favorites are "slave to the grind" "monkey business" "wasted time" and "in a darkened room"
