Hey Jasper- When and where are the Go-Go's playing in St. Louis again? I checked Riverport Ampitheater's site and even went to Artist Direct Network (ubl.com) and couldn't find any info. My friend from work (fellow 80's lover) and I have to go. I only live two hours away and luckily I still have eleven vacation days left!!

I liked some of their songs. I might check out some of their new stuff.

80s Eric, they are playing on the 30th at the Pagaent theater (spelling is questionable). I dont believe they are sold out, but check on ticketmaster.com to make sure. If they are not listed, check metrotix.com. We have 2 different ticket agencies here, 1/2 the venues use one, the other half, obviously use the other. I also have a copy of The Go-Go's new album, God Bless The Go-Go's.

A few months ago, I've heard three of that album's songs--La-La Land, Stuck In My Car and Unforgiven--from Saturday Night '80s.

Just weeks ago, The Go-Go's toured Mississippi. :D

The Go-Go's performed at a Gulf Coast (Gulfport/Biloxi) casino, and at a Tunica County (northwest Mississippi) casino.

Someday, the Go-Gos will be playing arenas again. Someday, all our favorite 80s artists will rise from the amusement park, casino and state fair graves to play the big areas again. That should be one of the tenets of the 80s revival. Get the big 80s artists back into big areas. Afford these artists the glory they deserve. Send Limp Bizkit and Britney Spears to Happy World Land. Get Pat Benatar and Motley Crue to MSG and Wembley...PRONTO! We 80s people won't die in vain!
