In the new BW & BK magazine there is news of a new UFO album on the way. Their drummer is now Jason Bonham, which is kinda of wild, but they also now have Vinnie Moore on guitar! Are you kidding me!!!!!!! Nothing against Vinnie Moore but I don't get it.

This makes as much sense as when Steve Vai was in Whitesnake.

This whole "hired gun" menatllity has got to stop. Find a guitar player that fits the band and stick with it, not just some "name" guy that may help you sell 10 extra cd's. Take Dokken for example, they are my ALL TIME favorite 80's hair band but I don't follow them today because every 6 monthes they change guitar players. In this same mag is a report that Don Dokken has just "hired" guitarist John Levine (ex-Warrlock)....... HIRED!!! .... is he in the band or just an employee!
