I just saw Cyndi Lahper (i think thats how its spelled) on Letterman singing tryiny to make a come back, she sounded ok. Then I saw Elvis Costello on Conan O Brien he sounded decent , has a new cd out, jazzy sound then I saw Don Johnson on Craig Kilborn show he has something coming out soon.

I have a couple of her new singles on the CD's I get in the mail. I have to be honest, I didn't listen to them yet.

Havn't heard anything by her since the 80s. I wonder what she sounds like now.

I agree. Her old stuff is much better.
When I posted in this thread last I hadn't heard her updated version of "Time After Time." It's Okay. But I really do prefer her older stuff.

My kids are really into her now, especially my 13 year old daughter who loves "Girls just wanna have fun." I like to annoy her by singing "Girls don't wanna have fun".
