A good lawyer will bring him up on either attempted murder or attempted manslaughter charges. The guy could have been killed.

Way to go, assclown!

from the NY Daily News:

Kid Rock allegedly sent a photographer away in an ambulance after they tussled outside a Malibu, California club on Friday (Nov. 14).

Word is that his on-and-off fiancee, Pam Anderson, was with the redneck rocker, who had just performed at the Malibu Inn on the Pacific Coast Highway.

The Daily News' snitch says, "Around 10 p.m., the couple was about to leave the club when Kid spotted a group of paparazzi who were milling around in the parking lot."

Dressed in a white wife-beater undershirt, a red trucker cap and smoking a cigarette, Kid is said to have tore after the hapless paparazzo.

The incident was recorded on videotape and will be shown on "Entertainment Tonight" Tuesday evening (Nov. 18).

According to someone who's seen the footage, the Kid "grabs [the paparazzo] by the neck of his sweater, rips off his cap and throws him into oncoming traffic on Pacific Coast Highway." (This is what the lawyers will zero in on...)

The lensman avoided being hit by a car, but Rock apparently wasn't finished with him: "Then the Kid runs into the street to throw a punch, but the photographer ducks and runs away," says the source. "He [the photog] was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was treated and later released."

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department would not comment yesterday, but confirmed that the matter was under investigation.

I'm a fan of Kid Rock, and I know he's done some crazy shit in the past ,but he went a little too far this time.

I hate everything about Kid Rock, and did catch the segment on ET last night. Kid over reacted and he did push buddy out on the road and a car did drive by but was not close to hitting him.

Kid Rock did take a few swings and chased them around, but it didn't look like he made any solid connections.

It showed the Paparazzi after Rock left , calling the cops, hiding in a car, and when the police were abut to arrive, one of them got out of the car and lyed on the sidewalk with a neck injury (however there is no video of this guy getting hit).

These guys barely got touched and already they are working on an angle, If there even is crimminal charges laid, you can be certain these vultures will be adding a civil suit.

This reeks of a way to get some money out of Kid Rock.

I don't know why if they were afraid for there lives they didn't run or turn on Kid Rock, they had him outnumbered , he ain't to big, has shoulders like a brook troat ,

That should screw their case over right there... caught on camera feigning an injury. They should lock 'em all up.... Rock & the 'razzi

Let's see--have a bitter custody battle with your ex to take your son because you think she's an unfit mother and then do something that could put you in jail for quite a stretch and give her a lot more ammunition to use against you...

Yeah, that's about right. Of course, he's got enough money to buy himself some "justice" so it should all work out.

And what does little Bob Ritchie Jr learn here?
