Any fans of 80s breakdancing music out there? I used to love some of those songs. Couldn't do the moves to save my life, but I remember at school watching other students breakdancing in the hall ways and really enjoying some of the music.
I never hear breakdancing songs on the radio any more. I can't even remember most of them. Any favourites? Mine was Irene Cara's Breakdancing.

Hey Recker, I liked breakdancing myself!
I remember slickin' down the smooth concrete driveway, and tryin' to get it down. Did poppin' and the catepillar until I hit my breastbone too hard and that ended my breakdacing career! I used to like to listen to Ollie & Jerry's "Breakin'...There's No Stoppin' Us". I never mastered the Gyro though, I thought I'd break my neck!!! :)

I could never even Moonwalk little long try to breakdance. I always admired people who could breakdance.

I'm with Trixter, my fave is "Breakin' (There's No Stopping Us) by Ollie & Jerry. I have to watch the beginning of that movie just to hear this tune! I also have Irene Cara's "Breakdancing" on a compilation CD. I played it in my car a few weeks back with my sister and her children with me; my niece and nephew loved it and were bopping their heads while my sister cringed in horror!
