Yesterday, I was visiting my parents who live about an hour away from me. On the way home, I tuned in to the local radio station which happened to have a show on called "The 80's at 8." I tried to stay tuned as long as I could as I drove away from the area. They played Tracy Ullman "They dont know about us." I cant remember when the last time I heard that was. http://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//roll.gif It is so weird how music just fills your head with memories, and almost makes you feel like you did back then. Needless to say, I really enjoyed my trip back home.

D2GIRL - Tracy used that song in the end titles on her TV show years and years after it was recorded - it's so freaky to listen to it because it sounds so 'serious' for such an un-serious woman - it's like when a hard-core comedian does a 'serious' movie, you just can't quite believe in the character - you keep thinking their going to say a punchline any minute http://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//smile.gif

Ha ha, I know what you mean. I did used to watch her show. (Thats where the Simpsons started out.) but I guess I didnt remember that they played the song. Or maybe that was one of the reasons I liked it. She is multi talented.

yeah - especially when she plays multi characters in the same scene - I think I would go just slightly mad if I had to do something like that!
