Who or what is "Sussudio" in Phil Collin's song? Is it the name of a woman he knows?

What is Culture Club's song "Karma Chameleon" about? Who or what is "Karma Chameleon?"

I understand that Sussudio is a name of a woman. That's what I read somewhere anyway.

Karma Chameleon? Well Chameleon has something to do with change, depending on the situation. And Karma is a state of being or something like that (based on ones actions), so it must have something to do with continually changing your mind or being unpredictable, which seems to be the case when they sing "You come and go, you come and go". Boy George wishes that this person was a little more predictable or easier to understand "loving would be easy if your colors were like my dreams, red gold and green". That's my take on it any way.

It could also mean that the way he sees this person is changing all the time. Sometimes he hates this person (therefore there is bad karma) or sometimes he loves this person (good karma)

Just some theories, but I don't know for sure.
