hey guys im just wondering how do you lose weight with a slow metabolism....how to diet.......because i dont want to destroy my metabolism or something bynstarving myself but its just soo hard

Whatever you do, don't starve yourself. Your body will kick into fat-storing mode, and begin leeching away at your muscle tissue. Best thing you can do is eat healthy, exercise, and try not to snack after 6 p.m. If you have a slow metabolism, the last thing you want is to be digesting food while you're sleeping and not burning calories by being active.

Losing weight is tough; keeping it off is tough. Maybe get yourself a 'diet buddy' with whom you can share your successes and failures. Support is always helpful.

I also have a slow metabolism, but if you work out 4-6 days a week with a combination of cardiovascular work and weight training your metabolism will speed up.

And what Rhelawan said was right! DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF Make sure you eat 5-6 small meals each day, not just three large ones.

But the main thing to keep your metabolism up is by having an active lifestyle and eating healthy and proper foods.

In the meantime, you can drink green tea which raises your metabolism and a tonne of other positve effects, too. You can also take flax seed oil which also increases your metabolism (and also has another tonne of positive beenfits).
