I'm in NC, but I'm a female, so I can't help ya much there. I haven't heard about any 80's theme parties around here, which is a shame. I think we're gonna make this Halloween costume party 80's theme though, could be fun.

Aww, I'm like 4 hours at least from Raleigh! I'm near Charlotte, NC, right across the border in SC. You're coming all the way from OREGON?? LONG TRIP!!

Anyone who lives in NC should definitely attend:

'80s Dance

That's at Cat's Cradle in Carrboro .... Cat's Cradle (http://www.catscradle.com)

It's put on by the UNC radio station, WXYC (http://www.wxyc.org)

It is the best, I promise. I go every time. Most fun ever.

I live in Columbia, about an hour and a half from Charlotte. It's not too bad of a drive. I haven't heard of any 80s parties around here but if I do, I'll let you know.
