Has anyone checked out The Crue's new cd yet? It was released today. I have only heard their first single "Hell on High Heels" and I really dig that one. I would love to hear any reviews and what some of the good tracks are before I get it. The cover art is pretty cool too. Thanks.

It does rock.....but it's missing Tommy's cannons on the drums. The drums kinda sound wimpy without Tommy's powerful playing.

Yeah, I'm gonna pick it up when I get some cash. I was wondering if it really blew because nobody commented on it. They were on Leno last night and the drummer from Hole is replacing Randy Castillo until he is well again. I thought she was the highlight. You got to love a chick in a sexist rock band like the Crue!

It's not too bad. I like the album,though I find the lyrics a little bit on the juvenile side. It is kinda weird to me, to see them go back to a Too Fast For Love tyoe style lyrically at this stage in their career, but it's cool. One of the better releases this year but for my money, teh best three albums I have heard and I have them all is:

1)Alice Cooper-Brutal Planet
2)Dio-Magica
3)Iron Maiden-Brave New World

Tell you another band with a good 80's sound though they are new is Hair of the Dog.

I saw them on Leno last night too I must say the drummer from Hole does a pretty damn good job filling in for Randy Castillo.

I just heard that Anthrax is no longer on tour with Motley Crue and Megadeath. No real reson has been given. Someone from the Anthrax camp said that they "got the shaft". No word yet from either Megadeath or Motley.
Thought anyone going to see the concert might wanna know.
