I found the thread for last years countdown....they voted Thriller as the #1 song :rolleyes: Now it was a decent tune and a great video, but someone must've spiked the water for peeps to vote that #1 :lol:

Good #2 though with 'Hungry Like the Wolf'....should be interesting to see this years turnout :lol:

No, Thriller is definitely not one of the greatest songs ever written, even though it was a good one in it's day. But I can't imagine it being in too many people's top 10 songs of all time. :rolleyes:

That's so cool! I wonder if they do that here. If so I'll spend my weekend by the pool listening. :D We have a station that plays loads of 80s stuff. Mostly on weekends too.

I wish the local radio stations around here would do a Top 500 songs of the 80s during Memorial Day weekend! :(

I agree with ImmSooSure about the #1 song on that list. I am kind of surprised that song made #1. It would be nice if a radio station would do something like that here in Baltimore.

i cant believe total eclipse of the heart at #3 either! atleast thriller isnt #1!!!
