They showed Mac and Me on cable this morning...and I remembered reading this post...so I jotted down the names of the songs. There were 2 songs that were played towards the end, actually:

1. TakeMe/I'll Follow You by Bobby Caldwell

and

2. You're Not A Stranger Anymore by Jara Lane
