Well, Simon's off to Toronto tonight, because he's meeting his twin sister and they're flying out late tomorrow for London. He'll be gone for a month and I'm very sad to see him go. We had our goodbyes last night while watching American Idol. He's looking forward to see his sister and her family, but he actually cried when we said our goodbyes. He didn't want to leave me and Maggie. Thank goodness I have another good friend who's going to watch Maggie while I go to my Mom's this weekend, and while I'm at work. She's going to stay and puppy sit her while I'm gone and I'm going to watch her dog when she goes away.
I'll be okay, because Simon made me a 4 disc CD set of British groups from the 60s thru the 80s and he told me he would e-mail me from his sister's place when he gets there.
Man, I'm going to miss him. :cry:

Awww Molly. We're here for you. I know that he's become a very big and important part of your life and it is hard to let someone go...even for a short time. At least you can stay in touch through the email. :)

I don't mean to be nosy (well, maybe a little) but give me the scoop on Simon. I hear you mention him frequently but I must not have been around yet when you two got together.

Where did you meet? What does he do? What does he look like?

It is really hard to be away from the one you love. Stay very, very busy and knock the days off the calendar. Take on a project that you have been putting off--organizing closets, repainting a couple of rooms, etc. You won't have time to think and that will help. Before you know it, he will be back home!
