Ladies, have any of your husbands ever said this to you?
How would you react?
Too bad insurance companies won't issue "callous little troll" policies for husbands. I guess they would have to pay out too often.

I've had an ex-fiance and another boyfriend say stuff like that to me, which introduced me to the wonderful world of eating disorders and depression. My ex-husband never said anything like that to me, however.

She said: "The whole point of it is that I don't want to claim, so there is no point in letting myself go. My marriage is worth a lot more than that." Hello!! A marriage should be build on more that ones looks - it should be bulid on love and trust and respect for each other!!!

What if he lets HIMSELF go? What does she get then?
You have to be an idiot or feel very bad about yourself to let s man treat you like this and he has to be a phenominal schittbag to do this to her. What if she gets into a horrible car accident that disfigures her?
True love here!

Oooo....I feel a sharp pain in my chest.
Year's ago I made jokes about leaving my wife if she changed, and she's gone through a lot of changes after two kids, and I'm still with her at least until this Sunday when we celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. I guess she never believed me.:)
I wanted to know what this woman's insurance would be against him changing and what she gets out of it.

If you marry someone...isn't it death do us part? I don't know, if you really love the person you married, this should not be a consideration. I would never say anything of the sort, but maybe hint something. Words can be brutal!

Amen to that sister!!! :thumb:
How insecure, desperate, and paranoid must she be to take out a serious policy like that? I could find much better ways to spend £200 a year.
How much is £200 in U.S. dollars?
I think this girl is crazy!!! My husband saw me gain 50 lbs in the last two years and today he said I'm still the most beautiful girl in the world. :)

Wendy and I always fight about her looks.....I say she is gorgeous but she says she is "fat". I hate that she says that all the time, I really think she is gorgeous and would...and will...love her no matter what.
