This is a long shot but.........This song came out possibly in 1996 or 1997. I remember the video which is animated and it has a girl standing on a steel plate....kind of futuristic video. It starts off rap and they it switching to that girl singing. I remember her saying "it makes me go(pause)...Crazy". I think the rapper(female) is the original person owning the song and the girl singing regular is just a featured artist or it could be vice versa. I hope someone can help.
