Hello everyone! I just want to give a big shout out to anyone and everyone who came out to L'Amour's in Brooklyn on Saturday night to see us and Mike Tramp. We played to a packed house, and had a great time hanging with the crowd before and afterwords. Special thanks goes to Pagan from Livesay who drove the hour to get there, working on only two hours of sleep after his show the night before, and was looking forward to only two more before he had move on Sunday! That's a true pal, and a dedicated Atello fan! I hope we made the trip worthwhile, Pagan!
Anyway, Mike Tramp was good, but since I never was a fan of White Lion, I can't say much more....all I can say is, WHERE DID HIS HAIR GO?!?! If you don't remember him back in the day, you'd NEVER recognize him now! What counts is that he's still around, playing great rock n' roll.
Like Livesay, we also got some great video of the show, courtesy of my drummer's wife, and it'll be on our web site soon, and if it's good enough, we may be releasing the "long form" Atello home video!....but we'll have to see. Would anybody be interested?
