This is a painting I've done of Dale Earnhardt. It took me about five months to finish. It's not the whole thing, because my dad tried to get it to fit on the scanner, but, anyway...

You'd be a hero up where I live Metalfan. People here worship that guy. There are more actual shrines in people's windows and "3" decals on people's cars than I ever thought possible. Personally, I don't get it! :lol:

Originally, I was going to send this to his wife, at least, a friend of mine suggested that, but then my dad seen it. Needless to say, we still have it. But it's in my closet. He wants to keep it, but he told me to put it in my closet. :confused: I just don't understand my parents sometimes. :o

I love it..great job! I was a huge Earnhardt fan, and quit watching NASCAR after his death. We have shrines (yes,shrines :lol: ) in our home to him.
