this was a great show the first two seasons starred michael praed, the third jason connery after robin of loxely was killed in series 2 of the last episode, this show was made by a regional itv station htv wales,.the music was by clanned, do you remeber this show who was your favourite robin michael or jason

I really enjoyed this show. They really made the characters likeable. One of my favourite characters was Will Scarlet.

I'm also a Clannad fan and actually their cassette "Legend", which has all the theme music for the show.

As for why they changed actors, I have no idea.

hi im glad im not the only fan then. who was your favourite actor as robin michael or jason though they were differnt robins mine is michael praed, the music by clanned was brilliant, my other favourite was nasir, ive just got series 1 on dvd very pleased its worth a buy , shame they have not put this show on tv again in the uk

I can't really say that I have a favourite Robin. It didn't really worry me that they changed actors. I didn't see Robin as the star of that show because there were so many great characters I liked more than Robin. I had a friend who was adament that Connery was not right for the part of Robin. I think other's preferred Praed too.

Nasir was good too. It was a good touch bringing him in, all though I had never heard of him before. I guess he was made up for the show because I'm pretty sure he was never in the original legends. For that matter I don't think I had heard of psychopath Will Scarlet either.

I found it interesting that Alan A Dale was not in it very long. He never seemed to be a regular character on that show. Didn't he come in to it for a few episodes and then get killed off?
