ROCK AND ROLL!!!
SAL IS GOD !!!
Later!! Tina
Goddess...I remember when "Spreading The Disease" came out. Frank Bello & Charlie Benante grew up in the same neighborhood as me in the Bronx, and my drummer at the time lived next door to them and literally grew up with them. When that album came out and they started to break, it was pretty cool that "one of us" was going to make it. Too bad they ruined it with the whole rap crossover thing.
Sal, if you like the Suicidal album, you should check out Mike Muir's old side project "Infectious Grooves". Funk metal at it's finest!

Pagan,
I would have to disagree with you on the point of Anthrax messing up by doing the rap Tour and that one song they had. It got them far more exposure, and was one of the main reasons I ever got into them in the first place. But, if you didnt care for it, I can understand.
Side note, I saw Anthrax about 4 days after Kurt Cobain killed himself, and Jon Bush just ripped on him for like 15 minutes, calling him a coward and all kinds of stuff! Jon was mad that the guy would off himself when he had a baby daughter. I agree with him on that point.
Plus, the Anthrax crowd and the Nirvana crowd aint exactly the same people, so he got a huge ovation when he was talking about that.

I've heard of Infection Grooves. I will catch up with them sooner or later.. So far, I'm enjoying "Spreading the Disease" (hehe, that sounds funny) - Suicidal? I haven't gotten that far on the album yet. But, I DO remember liking it years ago.. Their first album was very interesting. I first heard it on the radio and liked it. Sought of around the same time I started hearing Kryptic Slaughter (which I cannot find freaking anywhere anymore), The Kromags (Street Justice - I want that song), S.O.D... What's that band who sang "Sit Home and Rot"? That one too. It was some kind of punk rock freak band or something. Oh, I'm rambling now... Bye! http://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//smile.gif
