Hahaha! The weekend treasure hunts have begun! We started out going to an action but they didn't have anything so we found a large rummage sale in the college gym..it was a fundraiser for one of our local RELAY FOR LIFE teams. $1 per bag... Here's a little sample of what I found:

Albums (they look pretty good but I'll need to test them):

SISTER SLEDGE: WE ARE FAMILY
TOTO: IV
BONNIE TYLER: FASTER THAN THE SPEED OF NIGHT
DONNA SUMMER: LIVE AND MORE (I found 2 copies and they have different covers.)

MATTHEW WILDER: I DON'T SPEAK THE LANGUAGE
DONNA SUMMER: CATS WITHOUT CLAWS
SIMPLY RED: PICTURE BOOK
TINA TURNER: PRIVATE DANCER
STYX: CORNERSTONE
DONNA SUMMER: BAD GIRLS
SUPERTRAMP: BREAKFAST IN AMERICA

I need to go unpack some more...will type more later. Stay tuned...you won't regret it..I PROMISE :)

Ok..here's some more. Altogether at this one sale, I spent $12.00 I got about a hundred paperback and hardback books and some misc. items. The albums mentioned above, here are some more albums:

JEFFERSON STARSHIP: RED OCTOPUS
STEPPENWOLF: MONSTER
CAT STEVENS: GREATEST HITS
THE GUESS WHO: ROCKIN
STEPPENWOLF: 7
STEPHEN STILLS: MANASSAS DOWN THE ROAD
THE EDGAR WINTER GROUP: THEY ONLY COME OUT AT NIGHT

Then I found some cds..Richard Marx, Chicago, Fleetwood Mac, James Ingram & some cassettes DEF LEPPARD, KENNY LOGGINS, VAN HALEN, .38 SPECIAL.

What a day! All of this and more for 12 bucks. Need my coffee.

That's neat Jana!

I found two things today too. I stopped by Wal Mart on my way home from the gym, and they had a lot of DVDs and VHS on clearance sale there. I wasn't overly impressed by the DVD selections, but I got two VHS. I got Risky Business and The Outsiders and each were only $3. I wasn't even going by there to look at them. So, I may pop them in sometime to watch.

Oh that's a good deal. I like Risky business. That's a good show to have on your shelf to keep handy. :)

That reminds me that I did stop by a sale and found a copy of the vhs MEATBALLS (Bill Murray) for $1 and the soundtrack to REALITY BITES on cd for $1.50
