I read somewhere online that there was some under 18 clubs that had rock bands but I've yet to see it. I spent the last few hours searching online for one but I can't find one! I've found a few that had under 18 on some nights but it's never anyone good playing that night. So, does anyone know of a club in the Boston area that plays rock/punk and is under 18? It's driving me nuts! lol

Have you checked the Boston Phoenix?? They usually have a long list of bands and where they are playing. If you can't get access to one PM me and i'll mail you a copy. :)

Actually just after I posted this I stumbled on the Boston Phoenix. I've been sifting through the list since then. But I haven't found anything under 18 (besides dance clubs :yucky: ). I know some places have under 18 shows sometimes but they're never anyone good. Not getting into places is probably my only complaint of being young. :lol: Do you know of any places that would let a 16 y/o in? Or even 17....I'm 17 soon. :p

I miss 17! :( Some bands have all age shows. It all depends on the clubs. Most of them are 18+ (which you know) When ever i get a chance i'll look for some stuff. I haven't been to a good show in ages.

I can't wait to be 18. :D hehe. All the good shows are 18+! I guess I'll settle for concerts and downloading local bands for now. :vibrator: I think the reason why I'm so into the whole club thing is that I'm shocked that rock is still alive....underground but alive. :goofy:

Dan's putting on a punk concert a month from now I think downtown.

When i was younger there were some great clubs around.. The Channel, Ratskeller, Thr Rockpile.. The only good place left is the middle east. As soon as I became of age all of the clubs closed. Kinda ruined it for me.. Thankfully I had other means. So I got to see some great bands. :p
