Did you know that Skid Row formed in 1986? They were inspired by such bands as Motley Crue and Ratt.

Their debut album, released in 1989, quickly sold three million copies. Hits included: Youth Gone Wild, 18 & Life, and I Remember You.

They released their next album, Slave To The Grind, in 1991. Afterwards, their sales quickly dropped off as the Grunge Movement overtook the States.

They used to be a warm-up band for Bon Jovi, but financial differences cropped up and led to an unfriendly parting of ways.

Did you know their third album, subhuman race released in 1995 kicked ass? Seriously, who has heard this one? I loved it and still do.

Other facts:

-Skid Row played at the Moscow Music Peace Festival in Moscow, Russia in August 1989.

-Dave 'Snake' Sabo and Jon Bon Jovi were childhood friends, and are still friendly today. (Snake went to JBJ's 40th birthday party.) :)

Sebastian played the lead role in the Broadway musical Jekyl & Hyde, where he got to put those theatrical pipes of his to good use.

Skid Row was the opening act for Guns 'n Roses during their 1990-1991 world tour. (I know because I saw them in Charlotte.) :)

I heard Sebastian say he is 6' 6", and he looks it. Probably weighs about 120lbs.

Did you see him go to Ted Nugent's house on his VH-1 show he used to have? I think Ted scared him to death.

Baz's favorite band is KISS and a large part of his house is devoted to displaying his KISS merchandise.

Rachel Bolan took his last name from an inspiration of his: Marc Bolan, the lead singer of T.Rex.

I don't remember what his wife's name is. Anyone know? I think she's older than he is, he got married real young!

His wife's name is Maria, they got married in 1993 (I think). So he was about 25 when they got married, and 21 when Paris was born.
