I hope somebody out there will understand this request! I've been searching for a song released in the mid to later 80's and I can remember very little about it!

The cover of the single had a US flag on it ( I think).

The singer was male and the general scope of the song was "In America".

The only definite fact I remember is that odd lyric:

"Ooooh-Ri-Lie-Aye" (I've spelt it how it sounds!)

This seemed to pop up repeatedly during the chorus!

Any help is appreciated!
