Did any one ever own a copy of this?
I was never a big country fan, but I couldn't resist buying this album. It had songs sung by several of the cast and included Boss Hogg and Rosco P Coltraine preparing for a big race in between the songs. Very funny stuff!
Songs included:
-The theme song for Dukes of Hazzard
-Go Flash Go - sung by Rosco
-Laughing all the way to the bank - With Boss Hogg in it
-A couple of songs by Johnny Cash and some guy named Doug Kershaw (Who Boss Hogg seemed to think was a major star)
-Bo, Luke and Daisy also sung a song each on it.

 I've never even heard of this. I'm a big John Schneider fan too. :naughty: Always loved the Dukes Of Hazzard. I'll have to see if my brother has this album.
I'm not quite sure what year I got mine, but it would have been around 1983. Enos was not part of the show at the time. But of course he came back for the last season or two.

I just downloaded The Dukes Of Hazzard "Good Ol' Boys" song but it's a re-make sorta punk/ska. Might be weezer. I'm not sure. They did it kinda cool.
Is that a new version? I should down load it myself and check it out.

The only copy I had of the Dukes of Hazzard Theme was on Waylon Jennings album called "Music Man". I don't think I have ever saw a copy of the Dukes of Hazzard album.

Yeah, it is new. I found when I was looking for songs by Me First and the Gimmie Gimmies. Someone thought they sang it. It's someone else though. I'm really thinking weezer. :D
Weezer would do a remake of something like that too. They seem to be into 80s TV shows.

I didn't even know that existed! That must have sold like hotcakes then, that was a huge show
I remember a particular mainstream radio station playing songs from the album and decided I simply must have that album. I think it was advertised on TV here in New Zealand, but it was a long time ago. Back in 1983 I think.
