I'm not sure what a buttock resection is, to tell the truth, Val. I looked it up and this was the only info I could find:

"Surgical resection of the buttock is a safe and reliable surgical option for treatment of selected soft-tissue tumors arising from the gluteus maximus."

Does this mean she's had a tumor removed from her tuckus?
