Just trying to be helpful, I have a cheaper second VCR so I thought this might be your problem http://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smile.gif Are you sure the jumping isn't caused by the fact that there are two vcr's hooked up together? Because when we hook both of ours up to record it causes jumping in the video that gets recorded http://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smile.gif

no....the jumping only occured with the tape i got from sombody else.....i record videos a good bit and they don't jump at all......the video came that way,not really sure.....the person i got it from is gonna check his tapes and see if it was his tape
