My vote goes to the Sega Genesis. It is the only one I ever owned.

I never played on any of those besides the Atari - so that got my vote :)

I always considered Genesis more of a 90's thing, so I went with Nintendo...still my brand of choice to this day :verycool:

Actually I agree ..... Maybe the genesis in this poll should be replaced bt The SEGA Master System .... and it might also be a good idea to specify the Ninetndo as the NES (the SNES wasn't released untill '91) .... Just a few suggestions :)

BTW, my vote would still go to SEGA ;)

I know when it was released :hammer: I said I considered it MORE of a 90's thing...not a 90's thing altogether :p Considering it was only in the 80's for 4 months ;)

Okay, how about I just say Sega in general? It can include the Master System or the Genesis. I added the Genesis because it was technically released in the 80s.

Well I never got my own games console until 1990, so I'll vote for Nintendo, because that's the one I always heard about.

I voted for the Atari. Only because I didn't get a Nintendo or a Sega Genesis until after I got married, so it was the 90s. If I had to choose between them, I'd go with my SuperNES. :)

My vote went to Atari. Other games might have had better graphics or production values, but I was sold on Atari as a kid. Spent hours upon hours playing different game cartridges!!! :thumb:

My vote would have to go with the Atari.

I had to vote for Atari, it's the only one I had at home, & had a sentimental attachment to ;) The graphics & sound were better on the Intellivision, or so I heard - I never played one myself.

Atari, because I loved my 2600 & it still works like a charm. I've heard the game cartridges are so durable that they work even after being run through the microwave!

I always wanted a 5200 because the game quality seemed to be so much closer to the actual arcade games. Maybe one of these days I'll luck out at a yard sale.
