And I though 'Girls On Film' was bad! HAH! 'Imagination' by Belouis Some was worse!!! <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> Nakedness everywhere!!!! Breasts breasts and more breasts, and everything else! Anyway some very cool clips this weekend so far. Some I've never seen or heard before. Heaps of INXS and Devo, Prince (When Doves Cry is on now!), Cyndi Lauper, WHAM!, The Jam, Depeche Mode, The Cars, The Cure, and heaps more....Way cool <img src="cool.gif" border="0">

You guys are strict with what gets shown on TV over there, aren't you?! Anything gets shown over here. And you can say what you like as long as it's after about 9pm at night at the earliest. MDC - come on over here and you will see the banned version of 'Relax'. It's the only one they show! Unlike the other music stations who show the live concert version or the nice version of 'Girls On Film'.

Actually there are two banned versions. Back in the 80s Night Flight played the second banned one. It was basically just a promo for "Body Double."

Only the five major networks censor programs in the States! If you have cable or satellite, then anything goes here too! I like the grittiness of HBO shows like Oz, The Sopranos and Sex and The City. There's also a couple of porn stations that I'm rather fond of... what a perv I am!!! I think OZ is (believe me, it's not set in Australia!!!) is sometimes too distrubing to watch, as is The Sopranos. At any rate, I guess the wolrd thinks that Americnas are such Snow White puritans, which is completely opposite from the truth!!! <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

Actually a lot of cable stations censor too...USA, the Turner Networks...basically everything except the Pay channels like HBO, Cinemax, Movie Channel, Showtime, Starz, etc.

There are times to censor and times not to sensor. Here, basically anything goes after 9pm on free to air tv that is. What time is Sex & the City and Sopranos on over there? Over here Sopranos is on later than Sex & The City.

The Sopranos, Oz and Sex and the City all come on at 10 o'clock PM on HBO. I have Direct TV dish, and the porn channels run 24/7... sometimes my writing gets a bit... neglected!!! I just can't stop watching sometimes, LOL!!! Does anyone remember that show Dream ON with Brian Benben? I always liked that show... especially for its T & A. Back in the 80s, one of the movie channels had this show called "The Hitcher" that I used to watch, mainly for the nudity and violence!!!
