THE RAMONES Tribute Album: New Release Date, Final Track Listing Revealed - Aug. 16, 2002

The much-anticipated tribute album to THE RAMONES, entitled We're A Happy Family, has been pushed back to a tentative November 5th release through DV8/Columbia Records.

Who sings what is irrelavent,what matters is that the Ramones have influenced so many people in so many different syles of music.
I'll definatly be waiting for this one!

I can't see it either, but should be interesting. It is nice though to see these bands getting together to celebrate one of punk's greatest bands.

Greenday did Outsider but I also have a video of them on my comp playing Blitzkrieg Bop and Teenage lobotomy and it ain't bad, tho ... what can I say .... the Ramones are just the best at being the Ramones , very few can match them with the Ramones attitude ! It all sounds bloody interesting, i didn't supsect all these guys liked the Ramones !!!

Good, no stupid pop-punk bands on this list. I would've :barf: if I saw Blink 182 on that list.

I can't wait either and on some more Ramones news, their last 4 albums were remaster and released 2-3 wks ago. With extra tracks and new pics :D

And Metallica doing Ramones... this I gotta hear!
