I swear, I never smoked crack when I was a kid, so please bear with me. My sister and I were talking the other day about shows from when we were kids. I swear I remember a cartoon that had guys who were crime fighters, who flew around in trash cans. I know it sounds goofy, but I KNOW it was real. ANybody got a clue?

I think it was "Hong-Kong Phooey" perhaps? He & his side-kick (a cat) had a car that drove out of a dumpster and may transfrom into a trash can when not in use (clever diguise?) Just a best guess.
