My nephew was born in 1984. I remember him watching a cartoon with a little Owl that would walk around and whistle this little song. He would caus trouble and when his mom or someone came he started to whistle and pretend he didnt do it.

I sound like a dork describing it but my sister (his mother) kind of remembers and knows it was his favorite cartoon when he was little.

Does anyone know what I am babbling about? If so do you know the name of the cartoon? I would love track some episodes down if it is possible.
