On july 13 is the 14. love-parade in Berlin.
The last years every single event had more than one million visitors and party people. This year are new trucks from Lebanon, Australia and Hong-Kong driving through the city of Berlin to the victory-column. I haven`t been there yet, if there are no girls who want me to be ready for the action this year, I`ll watch it on TV one more time. Because you see much more of the "too much". I`ll zapp between several TV-channels again to get the best mix of techno, house and trance. But there are many people ready for the whole action (and some crazy stuff),on july 13. is every traffic light or tree taken! The protection of animals counted 70 dead birds because of the noise last year (!?). They say this is the greatest party of the world.

Last saturday i went to experience the Love Parade in Vienna once again. Though we don't have international trucks and not as mayn visitors it still was fun! Lot's of crazy people, very brave styling ideas like body painting.

......Berlin has two porn-trucks, last year they made films in public.

Each of the 25 Trucks has 20 000Watt amplifier sound and there will be more than a million people again. It is a mega event.
I`m quite shure that the best place for the show is behind the TV, I`ll pump up the volume if I want to and get some cool beer out of my kitchen (and my feet on the table, however).

I would like to watch some of the crazy stuff, but they always show the mass and the dancing people at the wagons.

I couldn't stand being in that crowd.. what happens if you get knocked over? People wouldn't even notice your dead body laying on the ground! :eek:

Yeah the Love Parade is pretty Cool! The even cover the Reichstag in Muslin or Linen or something. Yeah the Germans know how to party and make the best beer in the world (coming from an Irishman thats a compliment!!!!!!)

Not that I drink much beer, but I like the pure german beer, too.
